1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Boutme platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Description of Service
Boutme provides a digital business card platform (TapCard) enabling users to share links, contact details, portfolios, and manage integrations via NFC technology and custom landing pages.
3. User Account and Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords. You agree that all details provided during registration are accurate and belong to you.
4. Content Guidelines
Users retain ownership of content uploaded to their card profiles. However, you must not publish, post, or distribute any material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
5. Payments and Billing
Paid subscriptions and plugins are billed through Stripe checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Charges are subject to local taxes based on billing location.
6. Limitation of Liability
Boutme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Insignia VIF and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this platform.
